In the app: Settings → Delete account, on both the phone app and the web app. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is two-phase. Your account is locked immediately, and after a 30-day grace period everything is purged for good — recordings and their audio files, photos, documents, notes, transcripts and any voice-identification data. Projects only you belong to are deleted with the account; projects shared with other people are transferred to a remaining member so their record survives, and your contributions in them are anonymised.

Email us from the address on your account and tell us what you need. We respond to access, correction, erasure and portability requests within one month, as required by UK and EU data-protection law.

Open the recording in the app. If processing failed you'll see an honest failure state with a Retry button — that re-runs transcription against the audio we already have, so nothing is lost by trying.

If the audio itself is short or silent, the recording was probably interrupted — another app taking the microphone, a phone call, or the device running out of storage. We never delete your recording on your behalf, so it stays in the project either way.

Invitations are sent by email and have to be accepted before access starts. Ask them to check the invitation email, including their spam folder. A project admin can re-send or revoke an invitation from the project's team list.
